Commercial Lender

The Commercial Lender will play a key role in supporting Renaissance’s efforts to provide lending products and services to local businesses and organizations. This individual will be responsible for commercial loan production, working as part of a collaborative team on lending, risk management, reporting, and relationship management. A successful candidate will have a strong background in banking, lending, and community development and will be comfortable working with a diverse clientele and partners to structure complex financing solutions for various projects.
Mortgage Closer
Gulfport, MS
The Mortgage Loan Closer is responsible for managing the closing process for all loans, ensuring compliance with product, investor, agency, state and federal guidelines, and company procedures. This position involves preparing accurate and compliant closing documents, coordinating with attorneys and stakeholders, and ensuring that loans are properly closed and funded in a timely manner.
