Success Story: Teresa Evans

​I want to thank God for this blessing of my new home and leading me to Renaissance Community Loan Fund (RCLF). I also want to say thank you to Ms. Margaret DiSalvo and RCLF for being my lender and helping me finance my new home. Ms. DiSalvo was a great asset in helping me get things in order. She has a great personality and was wonderful to work with. I thought the process was going to be stressful, but this was not so thanks to Ms. DiSalvo. And I can’t leave out Mrs. Cheri Walton. I want to say thank you for getting me started on this journey. I really appreciated Ms. Walton for being there for me every step of the way in the beginning. It truly means a lot to me. I’m giving all the praise to RCLF and their team for making my dream of owning my first home for me and my daughter, Destiny, come true!
